All of us who are in the Double Digits Club would like to officially welcome Kurt in today.
10!?
This kid finally joined the double digits club!
He asked if his next birthday could be a pizza party. Then he clarified, "Not like a party where people come and eat pizza. I mean a pizza-themed party. Where everything (even the cake) is pizza!"
How do you say no to an idea like that!?
When he woke up that morning, since it was Saturday, he came down to watch some Saturday morning cartoons with the kids. He was surprised to see his pizza balloon (notice the pizza pajamas? I tell you, this kid loves his themes!)
His pizza card contained a scavenger hunt for him to look for the rest of his gifts.
It didn't take him long to find:
a pizza notebook
pizza scratch n' sniff stickers
and pizza socks!
That's a lot of pizza!
His last gift was hidden in the oven inside of a pizza box. For a second there he was really excited to think that he may be getting to eat hot and ready pizza for breakfast! Though he wasn't too disappointed to find not a large pizza, but....
A one-way ticket to Legoland California!
He could hardly contain his excitement. He immediately wrote down his packing list for Legoland (nevermind that he isn't leaving for a few weeks!) and has had his bags packed before lunchtime.
We sure love him. We're excited he and Dad get to go and have this great adventure together.
He loves Pizza.
He loves LEGOS.
He loves to code, read and write.
He has started his own newspaper.
He's an entrepreneur.
He loves to make money.
He loves to design, draw and create inventions.
He is a master of stop motion videos.
He takes apart electrical gadgets and uses the parts to create robots and moving components to his LEGOS.
He is creative, funny and can remember something he saw/heard years ago.
He loves reading through scrapbook and chatbooks.
He is a great friend, a hard worker and can be counted on.
We sure love you, Kurt boy.
