This boy has lost not one- but now two teeth in the last two weeks! On the second one he lost it just as the kids were headed down to Mema’s for the night. He was so worried about the fact that our tooth fairy wouldn't be able to find him all the way in Nevada. We reassured him that she would most likely tell her friend that lived there and that tooth fairies DO in fact travel when you're sleeping over night.
True to our word, the next morning Dad and I got a text from Mema saying that Vance woke up with a nice surprise from the “Nevada Tooth Fairy”. It turns out that she is MUCH more generous than our tooth fairy as she left him not the regular sparkly $1 ticket, but a shiny, heavy silver dollar piece (which is going for about $20 these days).
So if you ever wonder if your tooth fairy can travel through the gorge and still find you at Mema’s, don’t you worry- she's got you covered!
